Our Story
Gulf to Canal Homes was founded on a simple frustration: too many buyers were purchasing waterfront and golf community homes in Southwest Florida without truly understanding what they were buying. They didn't know the difference between a sailboat-access canal and a powerboat canal. They didn't understand bundled golf membership structures. They didn't know which communities had the social scene they were looking for.
This page was created to fix that. Every agent on our team lives in SWFL, owns property here, and participates in the lifestyle our clients are buying into. We boat these canals. We play these courses. We use these amenities. That firsthand knowledge is what separates us from agents who simply pull listings from the MLS.
